Lugano Duluxe One

LDO is a product of Landasset and Trust Company Limited. It is a carefully crafted, sustainable, and environmentally compliant housing development project consisting of four (4) units of semi-detached townhouses.

The project is set to transform the build-architecture landscape in Nigeria through the incorporation of state of art renewable energy systems. These systems ensure that residents live independently of hugely polluting and cash-draining diesel power-generating sets whilst consuming very little from the grid.
