Upon completion of architectural, engineering and mechanical designs, we engage our sister company, Aurora Infrastructures, to implement and deliver projects to a very high engineering standard. Our construction engineers have executive-level project management experience and expertise in contracting, scheduling, supervision and project accounting.

We sell mainly to secondary and tertiary real estate market segments. These segments consist of individuals and investors looking to earn a sustainable income from their assets arising from high rental incomes.
