Our Team Overview

These qualities were the hallmark upon which our founder Mr Charles Opara assembled a team of highly qualified architects, engineers and environmentalist to establish Landasset. These qualities are carried on today by each and every member of Landasset team in locations where we operate in Nigeria.
With a combined industry experience in excess of seventy five years, we have built and maintained a productive and motivated workforce by hiring selectively and treating all employees fairly and equitably. We believe people work best when there is a foundation of trust and mutual respect, where all team members feel valued, supported and encouraged to grow and develop.

Mr. Charles Opara
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
He is the founder and currently the Managing Director of Landasset and Trust Company Limited, a real estate and property investment company based in Lagos Nigeria. He also serves as Executive Director at Aurora Infrastructure Limited, an engineering company also based in Lagos, Nigeria. Mr Opara sits on the Executive Board of a number of companies including Aurora Infrastructures Limited, Dynamic Towers Limited, Equinox Logistics Limited and Reliance Asset Management Limited, South Sudan. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Nigeria and Masters of Science Degree in Energy & Resources Studies from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland.

Mr. Emmanuel Chigozie Eneh
Director
Mr. Eneh is a Director, Landasset and Trust Company Limited. He is a qualified and licensed Chartered Accountant and Tax practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a graduate of Accounting from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is an auditor with experience spanning over 20 years in Auditing, Taxation, Debt and Financial Management, Infrastructure Financial Modelling, IGR Strategy and Revenue Management Processes. Mr Eneh has extensive experience in Management Training, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and Enterprise Due Diligence.
